About the role
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join the Services Division of Goddard Enterprises Limited. The role focuses on turning operational, financial and customer data into actionable insights that drive performance across our retail and shared‑service businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, clean, transform and analyse data from ERP, POS, HRIS, CRM and other systems.
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports and KPI scorecards.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities and present findings to business leaders.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data modelling, visualization).
- Power BI for dashboard and report creation.
- SQL or comparable data‑querying language.
- Data cleaning, preparation and quality assurance.
- Experience with ERP, POS, HRIS and CRM systems.
- KPI development and performance measurement.
- Report automation and process improvement.
