Inventory Clerk

About the role

Join a purpose‑driven team where your work directly supports accurate inventory management. As an Inventory Clerk you will help maintain precise stock records and ensure smooth daily movements of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts, variance investigations and make inventory adjustments.
• Perform daily audits, generate exception reports and other inventory‑based reporting.
• Execute inventory counts and coordinate inventory transfers.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Business Management or equivalent tertiary education (including an A‑Level in Accounting).
• At least one year of experience in a computerized accounting environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong accuracy, thoroughness and excellent written and oral communication.
• Team‑player attitude, well‑organized, flexible and reliable under pressure.
