Pharmacist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our M&C Drugstore team, part of Goddard Enterprises Limited. You will play a key role in dispensing medications, advising patients, and supporting the overall pharmacy operations in a vibrant, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and promptly.
• Organise and direct pharmacy technicians' workflow to meet operational requirements.
• Provide pharmacological information to healthcare professionals and counsel patients on drug therapies.
• Manage drug procurement, storage, and inventory control.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records and assist with stock‑taking processes.
• Drive retail sales and enhance patient retention.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science or Associate Degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum two years of pharmacy practice experience.
• Eligibility to register with the St. Lucia Pharmacy Council.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the St. Lucia Pharmacy Act and Regulations.
• Leadership ability to guide a team toward organizational goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
