Procurement Officer / Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Officer / Coordinator to manage the sourcing, purchasing and supply of goods and services essential to our operations. The role ensures timely, cost‑effective procurement while upholding quality standards and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure goods, materials and services required for operations.
• Obtain quotations, evaluate pricing, quality and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders in line with procurement policies.
• Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory needs with relevant departments.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery and verify documentation before payment.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases and purchasing documentation.
• Assist in supplier evaluation and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements and company policies.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain operations.
• Experience in food service, catering, hospitality or manufacturing is an asset.
