Senior Supervisor – Building Supplies

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Supervisor to lead our Building Supplies division. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise staff including supervisors, cashiers, sales clerks, porters, security, drivers and dispatch clerks.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, accurate merchandising and ensure inventory data matches the operating system.
• Monitor attendance, coordinate work and vacation schedules, and address scheduling inconsistencies.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and recommend personnel actions.
• Act as an ambassador of the company, upholding policies, procedures and ethical standards.
• Coordinate activities between different locations and ensure service excellence.

Required profile

• BSc in Business or Marketing, or an Associate Degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum two years of senior‑level leadership experience, preferably in sales or retail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
