Forklift Operator / Senior Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Forklift Operator / Senior Warehouse Assistant to join our team at M&C Home Depot. In this role you will ensure the smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store and load goods, keeping the warehouse tidy.
• Operate forklifts safely to move items between storage, delivery areas and other warehouses.
• Make deliveries to customers and assist with loading/unloading.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts.
• Supervise and train new warehouse assistants.
• Provide excellent service and support to internal and external customers.

Required profile

• Secondary School Leaving Certificate (minimum).
• Five CXC passes at General proficiency level, including Mathematics and English (preferred).
• Good physical condition, stamina and strength.
• Valid driver’s licence endorsed for light‑goods vehicles.
• Minimum age of 25 years.
