Assistant Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

CPJ St. Lucia Ltd. is looking for an Assistant Warehouse Coordinator to support the Warehouse Coordinator in managing order processing and intercompany stock transfers within the S2K Route Manager system.

Key responsibilities

• Process, coordinate, and monitor all intercompany stock transfers from initiation through completion.
• Verify the accuracy of transfer documentation, including item, quantity, and destination details.
• Liaise with warehouse teams and receiving locations to confirm receipt and reconcile transferred stock.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies such as short shipments, incorrect items, or quantity variances.
• Maintain an accurate log/tracker of transfer status, turnaround time, and outstanding items.
• Prepare periodic reports on transfer activity and discrepancies for the Warehouse Coordinator and Operations Manager.
• File all transfer documentation according to company filing procedures.

Required profile

• Secondary School Certificate (minimum); Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (asset).
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in FMCG, wines & spirits, or a combined environment.
• Working knowledge of WMS systems (S2K Route Manager or similar) – an asset.
• Health & Safety Certification (advantageous).
• HACCP Training (asset).
