Human Resource Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resource Business Partner who will act as a strategic ally to our business leaders. You will help shape HR initiatives that drive performance, culture, and talent development across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to design HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide proactive HR guidance and support change‑management, OD, and culture projects.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition for all employment types.
• Conduct training needs analyses, develop annual training plans, and deliver orientation programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum five years of HR experience with proven success in recruitment and training program execution.
• Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• High confidentiality, sound judgment, and ethical decision‑making.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
