Technician

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Technician to join our workshop team. The role focuses on performing vehicle maintenance and repairs according to work orders, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute work orders following the service manual and company procedures.
• Use and maintain special tools required for each task.
• Inform the Foreman of any additional work needed or difficulties encountered.
• Keep vehicles clean, remove oil and grease promptly, and report any damage.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area, dispose of waste properly, and clean spills immediately.
• Ensure personal and shop tools are in good working condition and returned after use.
• Assist in on‑the‑job training and supervision of apprentices and new employees.

Required profile

• Ability to follow service manuals and established procedures.
• Strong attention to safety and completion of safety inspection logs.
• Prompt communication with the Foreman regarding work progress and issues.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Willingness to support training of junior staff.
