Network Administrator – Building Supplies Division

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Network Administrator to join the Building Supplies Division of Goddard Enterprises Ltd. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will design, implement and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, servers and communication links across our regional operations. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting with strategic capacity planning and supports our Acumatica ERP environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily network and telecommunications operations, including monitoring, maintenance, installation, configuration and administration.
• Provide primary network and IT support to end‑users via face‑to‑face, phone, email or other channels.
• Collaborate with the Cyber Security Manager to plan, implement and document network security measures.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance, server repairs and disaster‑recovery testing to ensure business continuity.
• Analyse traffic patterns, perform capacity planning and assist with Acumatica ERP integration.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in network administration or related IT roles.
• Experience supporting multi‑site operations in the Caribbean region is a plus.
