Sales Assistant – Cosmetics

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused, highly skilled, retail‑oriented professional to join M&C Drugstore as a Sales Assistant – Cosmetics. In this role you will help customers discover the best beauty products while contributing to store sales and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store sales by applying effective sales techniques and meeting sales targets.
• Maintain well‑stocked, merchandised shelves and attractive product displays.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints with a service‑oriented approach.
• Provide product recommendations, consultations and support special events and promotions.
• Assist with stock taking, inventory movement feedback and record keeping of frequent shoppers.

Required profile

• Minimum five CXC passes at General Level, including Mathematics and English.
• Certificate in Cosmetology and/or Makeup Artistry.
• At least two years’ experience in cosmetic sales or makeup application.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an active physical role.
