Sales Assistant / Porter

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Sales Assistant/Porter to join our M&C Drugstore team. In this role you will deliver excellent customer service, keep the shop floor and back‑store organised, and help drive additional sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers, answer queries and handle complaints in a service‑oriented manner.
• Merchandise store shelves according to company standards.
• Receive goods from the warehouse and local suppliers, off‑load, pack and store them safely.
• Maintain back‑store inventory, ensuring proper packing, storage and safety.
• Provide feedback to management on inventory movement.
• Support stock‑taking activities.
• Contribute to achieving overall store goals.

Required profile

• Five CXC passes at General Level, including English Language.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical stamina and strength; able to lift at least 50 lb and perform repetitive tasks safely.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
