Concession Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Concession Associate to join our airport food service team in Vieux Fort, St. Lucia. You will be the front‑line ambassador, delivering friendly and efficient service to travelers while upholding our high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer menu questions, and provide information on ingredients, allergens and preparation methods.
• Take and enter orders accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system and manage cash, credit and mobile payments.
• Coordinate order flow with kitchen staff, double‑check items for accuracy and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters, dining areas and high‑touch surfaces; keep displays stocked and visually appealing.
• Promote daily specials, combos and upsell beverages or desserts to enhance the guest experience.
• Follow food‑safety, hygiene and airport safety regulations, including hand‑washing, glove use and temperature checks.
• Report any customer concerns or suspicious activity to management promptly.
