Sales Administrator – Vehicle Sales Operations

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to join our vehicle sales team. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth processing of sales, maintaining accurate records, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process vehicle sales within the Sales Department.
• Enter vehicle data and maintain up‑to‑date stock records.
• Update daily sales records for new vehicle brands.
• Prepare all required documentation for each vehicle sale.
• Organise delivery packages for all vehicles.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate brand activities in line with Original Equipment Manufacturer standards.
• Perform any other related duties as directed.
