Sales & Market Development Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Market Development Officer to expand distribution, drive sales and increase profitability across assigned categories. You will work closely with the M&C Home Depot team to shape market strategies and support business growth in the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and promotional strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform product positioning.
• Coordinate operational activities with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Manage relationships with wholesale, retail and project‑based customers.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and financial controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• At least two years of direct sales and marketing experience.
• Knowledge of the construction sector; experience in this industry is strongly preferred.
• Proven negotiation, communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with reporting tools.
