Down Trade Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Down Trade Sales Representative to join the Warehouse Team of M&C Drugstore, a member of Goddard Enterprises Limited. In this role you will build and expand sales channels, promote our products directly to customers, and strengthen relationships through visits, demonstrations and pop‑up activations. You will also collaborate with internal logistics and marketing teams to align sales initiatives and stay ahead of market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business growth by managing inventory and proactively expanding the customer base.
• Deliver product shipments to maximize sales opportunities.
• Process payments, maintain accurate daily sales reports and handle transaction records.
• Develop lasting client relationships through personalized service and regular communication.
• Lead promotional campaigns and pop‑up shop activations to boost brand awareness.
• Collaborate with logistics and marketing teams to ensure coordinated sales efforts.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and monitor market trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of sales experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and a road‑worthy, insured vehicle.
• Strong communication, time‑management and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
