Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Supervisor to lead our teams at Home Depot and Sunbilt locations. In this position you will drive exceptional service, manage store operations, and inspire team motivation while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, control, and coordinate all operational activities efficiently.
• Provide leadership and supervision to achieve organizational goals.
• Schedule work to maintain effective staffing levels and workflow.
• Enforce company procedures and policies.
• Deliver on‑the‑job training, coaching, and progressive discipline.
• Resolve customer complaints to build brand loyalty.
• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with health & safety protocols.
• Manage delivery, receiving, and accurate inventory control.
• Generate and present operational reports.
• Assist with stock‑takes and maintain store stock levels.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Business Management or related field.
• Minimum two years proven supervisory/leadership experience.
• Retail industry experience is an asset.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and motivate a team.
• Strong accuracy, inventory management, and deadline‑meeting abilities.
• Flexibility to work across multiple Home Depot and Sunbilt locations on a seven‑day operation.
