Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our airport dining team in Vieux Fort. In this fast‑paced environment you will ensure guests receive friendly, accurate service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, provide menu information, and handle dietary queries.
• Take and enter orders using the POS system, manage cash, credit and mobile payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters, dining areas and high‑touch surfaces.
• Stay informed on daily specials and promotions, and proactively upsell beverages, combos or desserts.
• Follow food safety, airport security and safety regulations at all times.
