Food Handler – In‑flight Catering

About the role

Join a leading Caribbean aviation catering provider with 70 years of experience. As a Food Handler you will ensure meals and supplies are safely loaded onto and unloaded from aircraft, supporting a seamless travel experience for passengers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver meals, beverages and other supplies to aircraft according to airline specifications and the Variable Production Schedule (VPS).
• Load and unload catering equipment efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment, machinery, floors, dishes and utensils following established schedules.
• Apply HACCP procedures to guarantee food safety throughout the handling process.
• Report any damaged or broken equipment and ensure it is removed from service per airline guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum three CXC certificates, including English and Mathematics.
• At least three years of experience in a similar food‑handling or catering role.
• Valid driver’s licence and basic computer literacy.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food‑safety procedures.
