Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our Sky Dining restaurant in Vieux Fort. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and uphold the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant service, from front‑of‑house to back‑of‑house operations.
• Lead, train, and develop a multicultural team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
• Maintain food safety, HACCP, and aviation hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory, budgeting, cost controls, and financial reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant, catering, or food‑service management.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Management, or Business.
• In‑depth knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and aviation hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Required skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic computer application skills.
